As the direct drop-in substitute for BigDye® Terminator Cycle Sequencing Kits, the SupreDye™ Cycle Sequencing Kits contain all the necessary components in ready-to-used and premixed format for a Sanger reaction, no need to change protocol, system settings or calibrations.
Sanger Sequencing Dye-Terminator Removal kits are the fastest and most efficient clean-up kits in the market, available in single cartridge, 8-well strip, 96-well and 384-well formats. EdgeBio dye removal kits will provide you with highly pure samples in just 10 minutes, no remaining cycle-sequencing impurities (salts, buffers, dNTP’s and ddNTP’s) and dye-blobs.
For high-throughput PCR purification products, EdgeBio offers QuickStep2™ and EnzSAP™. General PCR clean-up and NGS library prep are additional applications for EnzSAP.
