Preclinical Functional Grade
The Assay Genie in vivo functional-grade antibodies are high purity, low endotoxin monoclonal antibodies that can be used in translational & preclinical animal studies as well as in vitro functional assays. These antibodies have the highest quality standards in the industry with no detectable leachable protein A or aggregates, extremely low levels of endotoxin and up to ≥ 98% purity.
The Assay Genie in vivo antibodies are produced in a cGMP and ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 13485:2015 certified facility & can be used for injection into animals on account of being pathogen-free (IDEXX Impact I PCR mouse pathogen profile).
This range of low- and ultra-low endotoxin antibodies have been tested for use in functional studies such as co-stimulation, depletion, blocking & neutralization experiments as well as applications such as ELISA, FC, ICC, IHC-PE, IHC-FF, IP, WB, ELISpot, CODEX® & CyTOF®.
The antibodies come in flexible pack sizes including 1mg, 5mg, 25mg, 50mg & 100mg pack sizes with custom packaging available on request too.
The catalog includes top targets such as immune checkpoint antibodies like PD-1 [clone RMP1-14], PD-L1 (B7-H1) [clone 10F.9G2], and CTLA-4 [9H10], as well as key targets for immune cell depletion e.g CD4, CD8 and many more.

Functional grade preclinical antibodies are manufactured in an animal free facility using only in vitro protein free cell culture techniques and are purified by a multi-step process including the use of protein A or G. to assure extremely low levels of endotoxins, leachable protein A or aggregates. |
