CUT&Tag: An Introduction 

Cleavage Under Targets & Tagmentation (CUT&Tag), like CUT&RUN, is a new chromatin profiling method that requires less of your sample and time. It uses a primary antibody, a secondary antibody, and pAG-Tn5 to identify protein-DNA interactions across the genome for analysis with next-generation sequencing (NGS). A major advantage of CUT&Tag is that the Tn5 also completes the adaptor ligation as part of the assay, which streamlines the DNA library prep.
