BioNordika Group
BioNordika Denmark A/S was founded in 1989 under the name Medinova Scientific and has during the past thirty years gone through a number of changes. In 2003 the company got acquired by the Swedish company In Vitro AB forming the beginning of the BioNordika Group. In 2012 the BioNordika Group was sold to Addtech becoming part of the Addtech Life Science division. In 2016 the Addtech Life Science division was spun out of Addtech and listed on the Stockholm stock exchange as AddLife AB.
